Thank you for this post. I tested my vermicompost and I think it did well. How long should a good compost cookie retain its shape in water? Allso I have a small pile of last year's compost that has dried out. What would be the best way to treat it?

If it's dried out, Chromatography might be the way to test it since samples need to be dried before making chroma pictures
